Custom Fabrication Overview

If none of our standard ultrasonic cleaners or hot air dryers meet your cleaning or drying requirements, we will be pleased to offer a custom-designed system that will. In addition to our custom-designed ultrasonic cleaners and hot air dryers, we offer custom-built tanks, benches, baskets, coils, frames, and numerous other types of stainless steel weldments.

Some of our more common products are listed below. Whether you have a complete set of drawings, or just a sketch, we will be pleased to review your project and quote the weldment that you need. Custom
Ultrasonic Cleaners

We specialize in custom-designing ultrasonic cleaners of nearly any size or configuration. We review and analyze every aspect of the application, and incorporate the most effective frequency, ultrasonic intensity, and optimal transducer configuration into our design. Virtually all of our large ultrasonic cleaners are custom-designed around our customer's requirements, but we also custom-design smaller tanks for unique applications. In some cases, especially when processing long, narrow parts, a custom-designed tank can actually be more cost-effective than the smallest standard tank that will accept the part.

Weldments

In addition to ultrasonic tanks and rinse tanks, we custom-build stainless steel tanks for nearly any application. We offer custom-designed, plating tanks, quench tanks, and water storage tanks for commercial and marine applications. We have also supplied structural frames, carts, baskets, hoods, containment pans, heating and cooling coils, clean room gowning benches, and nearly any weldment that can be fabricated from stainless steel sheet, or structural tubing. Whether you have a complete set of drawing, just an overview drawing, or even a sketch, we will be pleased to review your design ideas and generate a quote.

Forced Hot Air
Dryers

Greco Forced Hot Air Drying Systems can be used at the end of any water-based processing line. 8 If none of our standard Forced Hot Air Dryers meet your requirements, we will be pleased to custom design a dryer that does. We've built table-top dryers, as well as much larger dryers designed to process large aerospace and automotive parts. Our custom dryers are available with manual or automated covers, MERV-4 or HEPA filtration and, and standard or PLC control packages. We offer custom-designed dryers configured for front-loading, top-loading, or conveyor operation; all built right here in the USA.
